Seattle’s Best Coffee Philippines recently earned the prestigious Best Delivery Initiative at the QSR Media Tabsquare Awards 2024, highlighting its commitment to celebrating both its dedicated delivery riders and loyal customers.

The event, a significant gathering of top restaurant leaders and experts across Asia, took place at Furama Riverfront in Singapore, underlining the importance of innovation in the fast-casual and quick-service restaurant sectors.

This campaign featured the popular Iced White Chocolate Mocha, a favorite among Seattle’s Best customers.

This acknowledgment not only boosts morale among the riders but also strengthens customer loyalty by enhancing the overall delivery experience.

With the growing demand for delivery, the delivery riders or as the brand coined, the Delivery Champions, play a vital role in ensuring a smooth experience with every customer.
