Schneider Electric has earned certification in seven countries by Great Place to Work for 2022

Schneider Electric, a global leader in the digital transformation of energy management and automation, has announced that the company has earned certification in seven countries by Great Place to Work for 2022. This is the second year the organization has received this recognition in the Asia Pacific region. Recertification includes Schneider Electric’s offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, and certification in Taiwan for the first time.

The Great Place to Work Institute bases its certification, in part, on its proprietary Employee Trust Index survey. Overall, countries which were recertified saw survey Index scores increasing by an average of 5% over last year.

“Building a culture of trust, empathy and inclusion for our organization is as important to our growth and success as designing innovative solutions for our customers,” said Manish Pant, President Schneider Electric, East Asia and Japan. “We are thrilled to once again be certified as a Great Place to Work. We are committed to create an environment of integrity and excellence where people of diverse backgrounds feel welcome and inspired. This is recognition of our ambition to be an employer of choice by creating a positive work experience for our employees here in Asia and across the globe.”

“Ways of working and what it takes to create a positive workplace have changed drastically over the last few years.  This certification is especially meaningful because it shows that we’ve been able to evolve in line with the changing times to create a modern, inclusive work environment,” said Monica Chia, Vice President, Human Resources, East Asia and Japan. “Being certified as a Great Place to Work in seven countries is a testament to the strength of our culture and the commitment of our people across the region.”

“We have worked hard to make Schneider Electric Philippines a Great Place to Work with our people at the center of our culture and work environment. I am grateful to our enormously talented and dedicated teams who have embraced our ethos to act like owners by building a workplace we can all be proud of and flourish in,” said Irene Catane, Schneider Electric Philippines Country President. As the first Filipino woman to take on the role of Country Leader in the Philippines, she is driven to provide equal opportunities to ensure that Schneider Electric’s people feel uniquely valued and empowered to contribute their best work. “Schneider Electric Philippines is built on trust, diversity, innovation, and growth. Achieving this certification for the second time shows me that we have grown together to make this a truly great place to work.”
