Pocket Communities pours P350 M establishing budget-friendly Nasugbu housing project

Property developer Pocket Communities recently launched its newest project, “The Wave Residences,” with a groundbreaking ceremony in Nasugbu, Batangas.

Spanning 2.6 hectares in Barangay 11, this development is set to redefine the town’s landscape, aiming to offer a perfect balance of modern living and natural beauty, creating an idyllic environment for future residents.

Exclusively featuring 122 housing units, each priced between P6 to P9 million, The Wave Residences is strategically located in the heart of Nasugbu, providing easy access to essential amenities.

Speaking at the ceremony on August 2, Pocket Communities’ Chief Operating Officer, Red Rosales, emphasized the importance of The Wave Residences in boosting the local economy and enhancing community living. With completion slated within three years, the project is poised to become a cornerstone of Nasugbu’s evolving landscape.

“Total project investment is P350 million, with the projected revenue of P700 million,” said Pocket Communities chief operating officer Red Rosales.

Further, he said The Wave Residences’ completion within three years.

The groundbreaking last 2 August was attended by government officials, business partners, and stakeholders, signifying the project’s importance in driving the local economy and enhancing the community.

The Wave Residences offers residents a harmonious blend of modern living and natural beauty. The project is strategically located to provide easy access to essential amenities, ensuring a comfortable and convenient lifestyle.
