A business hotel that feels like home
One of the biggest considerations when choosing a hotel has always been the price. Unfortunately, as many frequent travelers will tell you, booking accommodations based solely on room rates can prove to be a big mistake and could ultimately ruin even the most well planned itineraries.
An outstanding hotel can make all the difference, especially for expats and business travelers who require more than just a place to stay for the night. They need a place that is strategically located and easily accessible for meetings, equipped with fast and reliable Internet access, and service that will accommodate the demands of their work away from their offices.
In short, the best business hotel is one that understands exactly what their clients’ need from the minute they step through the door.
“A business hotel is no longer just for travelers conducting business. It is also for pleasure,” managing director of the Bellevue Hotels and Resorts John Patrick Chan, told reporters. A great business hotel must now go beyond the basics and we believe that pampering is the new business amenity,” he remarked.
Five star amenities at three star rates
Barely two years in operation, B Hotel, has quickly established a loyal fan base of satisfied guests and a reputation for providing the ultimate personal attention and services. Strategically located at the heart of Muntinlupa’s fastest-growing business district, B Hotel redefines the business hotel category by seamlessly combining form and with function, high technology with subtlety and urban elegance with unmatched efficiency.
Beyond offering an impeccable location, B Hotel boasts of the most modern facilities and complete amenities that make it a compelling choice among expats working in the nearby offices of multinational companies.
Compared to other business hotels, its lobby is more inviting and relaxed with its understated, modernist aesthetic appeal exuding a more welcoming vibe for guests to lounge around and meet up with co-workers and friends.
Each of the 152 guest rooms is bright and cozy, with super-sized windows and beds that are nothing short of heavenly.
“The uncluttered layout and subtle décor are designed to maximize tranquility, and are meticulously decorated with simple yet elegant fabrics, furnishings and amenities,” Ryan Chan, Bellevue Hotels and Resort Corporate Director for Marketing and Communications told The Manila Times in a recent interview.
“Our rooms may look very masculine because our target are businessmen, but our in house architect and interior designer, Randall Lao, made sure there is a little play in the room that would complement its modern amenities,” he added.
“If you can, book any of the eight suites at the hotel’s penthouse and get rewarded with stunning views of the Muntinlupa business district skyline, which is especially brilliant at night,” Chan suggested.
“I don’t want to say our rates are cheap because our rooms are certainly not done cheap. One thing I am most proud of about B Hotel is our very affordable rates—its like staying at a five star hotel but paying at three star rates,” Chan explained.
“What we offer is value for money, and that is the reason why our loyal guests keep coming back.”
B Pampered
They will have you at hello.
What truly sets B Hotel apart is its personalized service, which speaks to the hotel’s eagerness to create experiences not to merely play host.
Chan credits his excellent Filipino staff for taking extra care of their guests. “We’ve achieved a level of incomparable personal care because of our well-trained staff which is backed an innate understanding of a busy traveler’s needs. They have dedicated themselves tirelessly to the wishes of each of our guests,” Chan proudly stated.
As soon as guests check in the hotel, they are greeted by name. The warm welcome continues as the staff caters to every request to make each stay with the hotel as comfortable and as convenient as possible.”
“A big smile and a friendly reception go a long way when you have traveled for hours,” Chan said.
“We pride ourselves with a staff that is very polite, friendly, and accommodating, but never over bearing,” Chan added.
“We make sure that B Hotel is the ideal place to stay for those doing business south of the metro.”
Chan said B Hotel it has become the preferred choice of many foreign nationals working for the numerous call center enterprises that have set up their operations in Muntinlupa and nearby areas. “These business professionals stay with us from a single night to several months, or more, so we make sure that B Hotel is like their home away from home.”

The hotel’s value for money principle also extends to Prime Café, B Hotel’s sleek and elegant restaurant/bistro.
Located at the lobby, the restaurant is casual and inviting enough for family get-togethers, but sophisticated enough to impress even the fussiest boss for that working lunch. At night the café turns into a bistro, where diners are entertained with live acoustic music.
Prime Café’s beautiful and minimalist interior is a cool counterpoint to the rich and sensually flavorful food being served in its premises.
“What we serve here is comfort food—in big servings,” remarked Chan. “We have carefully selected the dishes that are familiar to most and that are ideal for active business travelers who do not want to be bothered by a complicated menu.”

Just about everything is good on the restaurant’s streamlined menu, but for first timers, Chan suggests the Beef Salpicao, which features sautéed beef tips with garlic bread in spicy virgin olive oil and the Hainanese Chicken Rice, which comes with soup, condiments and vegetables.
For those with lighter appetites, there is Fish and chips which is served with a selection of dips.
Seafood lovers should try their Seafood Mare, which has fresh baby scallops, mussels, prawns and squid cooked with vegetable and spices.
Another must try is the B Club— a big and hefty sandwich with crispy bacon, romaine lettuce, tomato compote, turkey breast, fried egg and Caesar salad dressing or the Chicken Mushroom Burger Melt.
And for salad lovers, Prime Café offers the Caesar Nugget salad—tossed heart of Romaine lettuce in tangy Caesar dressing with mozzarella cheese nuggets and warm focaccia croutons.

From their bistro menu, Chan confidently suggested their appetizers, chicken barbeque and their infamous Pampangueño-style sisig.
“For long staying guests they can even have open menu,” Chan disclosed.
Like the food, service at B Hotel’s restaurant is outstanding. The wait staff is always cordial and personable but more importantly prompt and efficient.
“Our motto here is actually “no problem. As long their requests are reasonable, our staff will always be more than happy to accommodate them.”
