AyosDito showers moms with fun sweet surprises
All I saw were the last few parachutes falling down from the Trinoma Activity Center and the priceless smiles on the faces of the mothers as they caught the rain of surprises prepared by AyosDito.ph.
For the moms who were lucky to be present, Mother’s Day this year offered a different twist as AyosDito.ph, an online classified ads portal with affiliate websites overseas, sprung a fun surprise activity at SM Fairview Terraces and TriNoma in Quezon City to express love and appreciation just for them.
The activity, which was unannounced beforehand and dubbed “AYOS KA INAY!” was AyosDito.ph’s way of recognizing mothers on that special day in the year dedicated to them, by giving them “Love, a hug, chocolates and flowers,”according to Senior Marketing ExecutiveVanessa Lee Cartera.
Combined weekend foot traffic at both venues is estimated at half a million.
A highlight of the activity consisted of chocolate showers with parachutes floating down onto the venues containing candy treats, as well flyers explaining how easy it is for families to buy thousands of products online safely via AyosDito.ph for their moms’ needs and wants, and for moms themselves to sell unused items lying around their homes which may still be useful to other people.
An AyosDito.ph booth at each venue offered interactive games while explaining features and offering visitors the opportunity to try the website, enabling moms, kids and other mall goers to experience using the online buy and sell website and learning about its benefits at first-hand.
During the event, an “AyosDitoFlash Mob” performance was presented, consisting of a hundredparticipants dancing in each activity center, then circulating among audiences to “Share a hug” and give roses to mothers.
“AYOS KA INAY!” was held in cooperation with the Lifestyle Channel and Working Mom magazine for a “Happy Mommy Wellness Weekend.”
Other events throughout the day included presentations on wellness, food recipes and cooking, talks on fitness, and exercise demonstrations such as kettle bells, pilates, and KravMaga, a system of practical self-defense for people of all ages and genders,
“We want to reach out to mothers because as homemakers they make an orderly and productive family life possible, and as the pillar of everyday life for family members, AyosDito.ph can help obtain products online for them that will be useful in their homes,which doesn’t need to be brand-new and are available at lower cost.
“Also,mothers and other family members can sell items they own that they want to dispose of, earning extra income in the process and being able to help the people who buy these products,because they remain useful and retain value. For our part, we do our share to makebuying and selling online safe and easy,” Cartera said.
