Aspiring singers from across the Philippines will compete in weekly live showdowns, with ₱300,000 in cash at stake each week.
For many Filipinos, a microphone and a karaoke machine are all it takes to turn an ordinary gathering into a concert. For 48 aspiring singers, that love of performing could lead to a much bigger stage—and perhaps even a recording career.
TNT and Viva have announced the finalists of SayaOke, their nationwide karaoke competition, with singers from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao advancing to a series of weekly live showdowns.
Each showdown will have ₱300,000 in cash at stake. Beyond the weekly prizes, Viva will select one of the seven weekly winners to receive a recording contract.
From app auditions to the live stage
The 48 finalists were selected from auditions submitted through the Vivaoke app. Half of them, or 24 singers, are from Luzon, while 12 each represent Visayas and Mindanao.
The finalists will perform in live showdowns streamed on TikTok, giving viewers across the country a chance to discover and support them.
“Through SayaOke, we are giving aspiring singers from across the country a platform to showcase their talent and connect with audiences. For one weekly winner, the competition could also open the door to a career in music.

Lyca Gairanod and Krissha Viaje on chasing a dream
Viva artist and singing champion Lyca Gairanod joined the announcement and encouraged aspiring performers to make the most of opportunities to be heard.
“Minsan, isang opportunity lang talaga ang kailangan mo sa buhay. Kaya mahalaga ang mga contest tulad ng TNT SayaOke sa pagbibigay sa mga Pinoy ng chance para maipakita ang talento nila sa mas maraming tao at ma-inspire sila na magpatuloy lang sa pagkamit ng kanilang mga pangarap,” she said.
Viva artist Krissha Viaje, a cast member of the Viva One series Our Yesterday’s Escape, also knows what it is like to pursue a singing dream. She began joining singing contests in the Philippines and abroad at a young age.
“Kailangan talaga ng patience and hard work para makamit ang iyong pangarap. Dapat matibay ang tiwala mo sa sarili, at wag palampasin ang mga opportunity na maipakita ang talent mo sa mundo,” she said.
