I am addicted to gadgets and accessories and I finally found a shop where I could buy almost everything I want without having to spend a fortune.
And no…. its not that store.
I’m talking about my recent discovery of a store called TECHNOPOP. For those who are suki of Kimstore, you probably know them as one of their pick up points. But to make it clear they are not owned by Kimstore.
The Technopop store I found my self wandering into is the one at Eton Centris. It was introduced to me by my blogger friend FPJ Jr. (Florencio Jusay of manualtolyf.com) when I asked him about the laptop table he recently reviewed and he told me that he got it from Technopop.
So a couple of weeks ago he accompanied me to the Eton Centris store which was just in time for their store grand opening the 5th year anniversary celebration of Technopop. The store was a geek haven. It had bluetooth speakers, various cables, gaming keyboards and headphones, action camera accessories, bags and backpacks, vlogging accessories and even smartphones!
But the most pleasant surprise was the price tags!!!
Compared to other gadget stores, their items were waaay more affordable and of good quality as well. And to be sure you can even ask for a demo so you know exactly what you are paying for.
Here are 5 of my favorite finds from the TechnoPop Store:
1. Prestigio Dimmable Ring Light: Nobody wants to watch a video from someone who looks like they are inside a jail or interrogated in a dark room so whether you are an aspiring make up artist, vlogger, this is one of the devices you’d definitely need to invest in–this usually costs around P5k upwards but at Technopop I got this for less than P4,500 and it already comes with a carrying bag.
2. Gimbal: Unless you want your viewers to feel nauseous and smash that skip button when watching your video you have to get a gimbal to stabilize your clips. At Technopop you can get this at less than P3k!
3. Gadget Bags: Everyone brings a device these days, whether its a phone, a tablet or laptop. But carrying a laptop bag is like telling everyone that you have an expensive device with you. These Paradigm bags are more stylish, discreet and can fit your gadgets, best of all its only less than P1k! Now that’s a steal!
4. Aroma Diffuser: Now this one is for the Titos and Titas. Relieve the day’s stress with some aroma therapy. I’ve broken several of those ceramic ones already and lighting a candle isnt the safest way to relax. Don’t worry you can also get essential oils from Technopop! in several scents.
5. Gaming Keyboard: If you are a serious gamer you wouldn’t want anyone using your precious keyboard. But getting an extra one can be a bit expensive right? Wrong! This gaming keyboard–with backlight costs only P199! pair it with a gaming headset (P399) and you might even feel generous enough to let your little nephews try your rig!
