mWell lets you start your fitness journey with ₱1,999 Smartwatch, unveils Updated ECG Ring

You don’t need another gadget.

At least, that’s what most people tell themselves when they see a smartwatch. It ends up in the same mental category as wireless earbuds or tablets—nice to have, but easy to put off.

Until you realize what it actually tracks.

Your sleep. Your heart rate. Your daily movement. The small things that quietly add up over time.

The problem isn’t whether people see the value. It’s how much it costs to get started.

That’s where mWell is making its move, with a 2026 wearables lineup that lowers the barrier—starting at just ₱1,999.

Why health tracking isn’t just for fitness anymore

Wearables are often associated with workouts—step counts, calorie burn, maybe a quick glance at your heart rate after a run. But their real value shows up in the quiet parts of your day.

Tracking heart rate, blood oxygen (SpO2), sleep quality, and daily movement builds a baseline. Over time, you start to see patterns—when you’re well-rested, when you’re not, when your body feels off even before symptoms show up. It’s less about reacting to health issues and more about understanding your body as it changes day to day.

That shift—from reactive to more consistent awareness—is where wearables start to matter.

A smartwatch lineup that meets you where you are

mWell’s approach is simple: not everyone needs the same level of tracking, so the lineup is built around different entry points.

The Prodigy Smart Watch (₱1,999) is the most accessible starting point. It covers the essentials—heart rate monitoring, SpO2 tracking, step counting, and sleep tracking—delivered through an IPS display with Bluetooth 3.0 connectivity. It also comes with IP68 water resistance, so it can handle daily wear without worry. You still get 100+ sports modes and up to 7 days of battery life, making it a practical first device for anyone new to wearables. This model focuses on core tracking and does not include blood pressure monitoring.

The Power Smart Watch (₱2,499) builds on that by adding blood pressure monitoring, giving users a more complete set of daily health metrics. It retains the same core tracking features—heart rate, SpO2, sleep, and activity tracking—but upgrades to a high-definition IPS display and offers dust and water resistance up to 1.5 meters. It’s designed for users who want more consistent health monitoring without stepping too far up in price.

The Prestige Smart Watch (₱2,999) moves into a more advanced category. It features a 1.43-inch AMOLED display, which brings sharper visuals and better visibility. It also introduces GPS, compass, altimeter, and barometer, making it useful beyond basic tracking—whether for outdoor activities or navigation. Health tracking expands to include heart rate, SpO2, blood pressure, and steps, supported by Bluetooth 5.3 + 3.0 connectivity and up to 5ATM water resistance.

At the top is the Prestige Sport Smart Watch (₱3,499), built for more active use. It carries the same AMOLED display, full health tracking suite, and navigation sensors as the Prestige, but is designed with a more activity-focused setup. It also offers 5ATM water resistance, making it suitable for swimming and more demanding environments.

Across all models, the foundation stays consistent: continuous health tracking, 100+ sports modes, and up to 7 days of battery life. The difference comes down to how much detail—and how many features—you want to work with.

The smart ring: less visible, always on

Not everyone wants to wear a watch all the time. That’s where the mWell Ring (₱8,999) comes in.

If you’ve seen it on personalities like Dominic Roque, Jed Madela, or Regine Velasquez, you already know it doesn’t look like a typical health device. It looks like a ring—but underneath, it’s tracking data continuously.

Built with a lightweight, scratch-resistant titanium body, the ring is designed for all-day and overnight wear. It tracks sleep stages (light, deep, and REM), along with 24/7 heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), and SpO2. With up to 7 days of battery life and water resistance up to 50 meters, it works quietly in the background without requiring constant interaction.

For users who don’t want notifications or screens, this is a different kind of wearable experience.

The ECG Ring: adding another layer of awareness

mWell is also introducing an updated version—the mWell ECG Ring (₱13,999)—which adds a more advanced layer of heart monitoring.

Unlike standard wearables that rely on optical sensors, this version includes an electrical heart sensor that enables electrocardiogram (ECG) monitoring. An ECG measures the electrical activity of the heart, helping track rhythm patterns and providing insight beyond basic heart rate data.

Alongside ECG, the ring continues to track heart rate, SpO2, and sleep, maintaining a full set of everyday health metrics. It keeps the same titanium build, is IP68 water-resistant, and offers up to 7 days of battery life, making it suitable for continuous use.

It’s important to note that the ECG Ring is designed for personal monitoring and awareness. It is not a replacement for medical diagnosis or professional advice. If readings suggest anything unusual, proper clinical evaluation is still necessary.

What it does offer is visibility—something most people don’t usually have access to outside of a clinical setting.

Making sense of the data: the mWellness Score

All mWellness wearables connect to the mWell app, where everything comes together.

Instead of presenting raw data points, the app translates your activity into a single mWellness Score. This score is based on exercise, light activity, sedentary time, sleep, and steps, giving you a clearer picture of how your day adds up.

You can still dig into the details, but the score gives you a quick way to understand where you stand—and what needs attention.

The app also supports integration with other compatible wearable devices, so users can keep their data centralized in one place.

Recognized for innovation

mWell’s approach to combining wearable tracking with a connected health platform has earned international recognition, including a Global Mobile (GLOMO) Award under the Tech4Good category, highlighting its role in making healthcare more accessible through technology.
