HUAWEI P8 UNBOXING!

“It looks like a perfume box,” I heard one of my fellow media friends when he first saw the box of the Huawei P8.
Although I couldn’t remember which perfume he was describing, I was quickly impressed by the minimalist packaging of the P8 with its all-black look.
Besides the P8 name on the front, the box was very plain and discrete looking.
Remove the plastic wrap and you can easily slide out the main cardboard box that is sealed with a plastic top cover.

Unlike most phones which lay face up on the box, we’re given a side profile view of the P8, which showcases its sleek all-metal design and thinness.
Easily slide out the phone to reveal two separate compartments, one that contains the accessories and the other with the quick start manual.

Even from the box alone, it shows how much the company values its flagship device and gives you a feel of just how premium the Huawei P8 is. It’s well designed and succeeds in keeping with the classy look of the P8.
It looks even better than the box of the iPhone and Samsung S6!
If you’re curious to know about the specs, here’s what the P8 has to offer. It is powered by a Kirin 930 octa-core processor, 2.0GHz clock speed 3GB of RAM, running on Android 5.0 Lollipop. Screen size is 5.2-inch full HD display, 1920 x 1080; 16GB of storage, expandable via microSD; 13-megapixel rear camera, OIS, DSLR-level independent signal processor, with 4-color RGBW sensor; 5-megapixel front camera; Dual-SIM, Dual LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, A-GPS and a 2,680mAh battery.
The Huawei P8 will be out later this month, with a price tag of around Php 22k – Php23k
