Experts note that Galaxy S 5 is simply an evolutionary product. Featuring a 2.5 GHz quad-core processor , a 5.1″ 1080p Super AMOLED screen, a 16 MP camera, 2 GB RAM, and either 16 or 32 gigs of internal storage, the S 5 doesn’t seem too far removed from late 2013 flagships such as Google Nexus 5.
