Part of its pop culture appeal lies in the fact that it celebrates creativity and individuality. With the competition, Pony reached out to the youth and encouraged them to express themselves and their unconventional ideas. The young talents answered with an in-your-face attitude encouraged by the brand, inspired to voice out their thoughts and “rebel” against the norm in a constructive way.
Scouring schools in the metro, Pony had been camped out at various campuses to encourage digital and short film mavericks to get creative. Along with the promise of cash prizes and coveted Pony shoes to the winners, the brand challenged them to unleash their full potential and interpret its slogan “Let’s Get It On” by way of poster design or a short film showcasing Pony products and the attitude that the brand exudes.
“Pony Show Off 3” was presented by Pony Footwear Let’s Get It On!, supported by Outdoor Products, Wet ‘N Wild, Clavel Magazine, Flippish.com, OrangeMagazineTV and Jam 88.3.
