When Jane Van Veen (Rachael Taylor) and Henry Martin (Dave Annable) make the move from the American Midwest to New York’s glamorous Upper East Side, the idealistic couple can’t help but be lured by the intoxicating lifestyle of the city’s wealthy elite. Offered the opportunity to manage the historic Drake apartment building by its owner Gavin Doran (Emmy winner Terry O’Quinn), the couple are unaware of the dark embrace the building’s supernatural forces has over the lives of its residents.
As the owner of New York’s most desired address, Gavin owns not just the building but the many souls that have passed within its walls. Gavin promises his tenants’ deepest desires but at a price greater than you can imagine.
