Christmas Ham, Egg white and edam cheese on croissant bun: Slow roasted Christmas ham, fully herbed egg white omelet and Edam Cheese on buttery flaky croissant bun.
Roasted Turkey and chicken with bacon on cranberry bread: Slow cooked chicken and turkey marinated in rosemary, thyme and sage, thick cranberry sauce, honey cured bacon and served on crusty cranberry bread.
