Flip or Flop flips to its 4th season

Tarek and Christina El Moussa were real estate agents prior to the 2008 economic recession. When business dried up, they made a career switch to flipping homes instead of buying homes – a move which landed them with a reality show on HGTV: Flip or Flop.

Now in its fourth season, join the El Moussas on a roller coaster journey of flipping houses – from the nail-biting cash purchase at an auction, to the frustrating renovations and maddening showings, to the giddy acceptance of a sale, we follow along as these relatively novice flippers try their hand at the toughest game in town. From purchase to resale, the determined and entrepreneurial couple put every ounce of energy and time they have into each flip they embark on, at the same time weaving their personal lives within the story of the flip.

Christina and Tarek El Moussa pause in the kitchen of their renovated house in La Habra; California, which has been entirely renovated with white shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and a custom tile floor, giving it a bright and modern feel, and making the property attractive for resale. Husband and wife house flipping team Christina and Tarek El Moussa purchase dilapidated houses and then renovate and flip them for resale, as seen on Flip or Flop.

Viewers can look forward to joining Tarek and Christina in an episode at Torrance, California to check out a listing. The home appears to be in rough shape, and immediately seems like it might be a bad buy; but Torrance has an exploding housing market and the land value alone could make this flip worth the risk. The house is going to need it all: good design, structural improvement, and careful renovation. It’s a big project but it has the potential to be a big profit.

Will Tarek and Christina flip this house into a dream home or could significant problems leave their budget and their profit margin on the verge of breaking up?

Tune into HGTV via SkyCable TV Channel 246 HD/88 SD, Destiny Cable Channel 88 and Cignal Chanel 101 every Sunday starting 10th July at 8pm for back-to-back episodes of Flip or Flop, Season 4 to find out!
